Thousand needles Contested located in Duskwood, Level zone: 25+, Special Drops: Nothing special Gold per hour: 3-5; world of warcraft Gold; you should kill everything in Raven Hill cemetery; mobs are level 26-30. It’s mainly for alliance.

Contested located in Screeching Canyon, Level zone: 28-32 Harpies, Special Drops: Vibrant Plumes and light feathers, grays and greens; Gold per hour: 6; you should note that there is also 4 chests constantly respawning, you may find some greens. Note that the harpies' silence, so this is no ideal place for manna users, but hunters isn't affected big.

Contested located in Thousand needles and Shimmering flats, Level zone: 30+, Special Drops: None; Gold per hour: 5 Gold; be aware that all mobs are nice to grind, Mainly a horde place

Contested located in Strangletorn vale, Level zone: 30+ >45, Special Drops: cloth/some greens and a blue from time to time Gold per hour: 5; Gold Note: Start at the side closest to duskwood and work you're self down STV.

Contested located in Ferallas, Level zone: 40+, Special Drops: None, but it's a good spot to get gold. Gold per hour: 10 Gold Note: Yeti cave, Wolves, Harpies

Contested located in Felwood, Level zone: 49+, Special drops: A lot of potions, Gold per hour: 15-20 Gold; take notice of grinding the furbolgs, the mobs are level 48-55.

Contested located in Arathi Highlands, Level zone: 40-50+, Special drops: A lot of mageweave cloth and green items, Gold per hour: 20 Gold; you should kill the ogres, they respawn fast.

Feralas Contested located in the big irland beneath feather moon, Level zone: 43-46 Nagas, Special Drops: Clams which contain iriscendent, black and golden pearls; Nagas also drops some greens, found some blues also; Gold per hour: 4-5, you may spend less than 3 hours of grinding while finding 1 golden pearl, 4 black pears and 3 iriscendent pearls. Sell these and you have a nice g/h rate.

Contested located in Un'Goro Crater, Level zone: 50+, Special drops: None, Gold per hour: Unknown, the place is North East by the gorilla Cave

Contested located in Winterspring, Level zone: 54+, Special Drops: None, Gold per hour: Unknown, Yetis are great to grind.

Contested located in Tyr's Hand, Level zone: 55+, Special Drops: Elemental fire, Gold per hour: 25, be aware that scarlet that gets so owned by a Beast Master pet.
 
Contested located in Burning Steppes, Level zone: 55+, Special drops: Tons of runecloth, Gold per hour: Unknown; it’s nice for miners to go there for there is a lot of veins around
